Exciting News – Hoop for Hope Receives Funding from Hertsmere Council!

We’re delighted to share that Hoop for Hope has been awarded funding from Hertsmere Council to deliver community basketball sessions right here in Borehamwood.
This support will help us grow participation in basketball, making the sport more accessible for people of all ages and abilities. Through our project, we aim to provide positive opportunities for young people, encourage healthy lifestyles, and build stronger connections in the community.
We can’t wait to bring more basketball to Borehamwood and see our community thrive both on and off the court. Stay tuned for updates on sessions, events, and how you can get involved!

We’re excited to announce that Hoop for Hope is now a member of Community 1st in Borehamwood, who are supporting and backing our projects in the community.
Community 1st brings together local groups and initiatives, and we’re proud to be part of their network as we continue growing basketball participation through our Hoop for Hope project. With their support, we can reach more people, create positive opportunities, and build lasting impact for young people and families in Borehamwood.
