80/20
Our PE sessions put movement first — with 80% focused on active participation and 20% on understanding the body, injury prevention, and mental focus. We deliver fun, inclusive sessions that build fitness, skills, and confidence — while teaching young people how their bodies and minds work together.

Talent ID Sessions
Talent lives everywhere — and our job is to find it. Through school-based assessments and community trials, we identify untapped potential in kids who may never have had the chance to be seen. We look for more than skill — we look for hunger, attitude, and possibility.

Sports Development Camps
From grassroots to greatness — our development camps in NFL, basketball, tennis, and athletics are designed to sharpen skills, unlock potential, and connect young athletes with the right pathways. Expert coaching, elite-level drills, and an environment built to inspire.

Not all greatness starts polished. This programme is for young people facing real-life challenges, helping them build resilience, focus, and self-worth through guided sport and mentorship. We develop the mind as much as the body — because overcoming adversity is the real win.

Leadership Workshop
We don’t just build athletes — we build leaders. These interactive workshops teach decision-making, communication, goal setting, and how to lead with integrity on and off the field. Perfect for schools, youth groups, and emerging young role models.

Arts & Drama
Confidence, creativity, and communication all come alive in our Arts & Drama sessions. Through performance and expression, young people discover new ways to tell their stories, work as a team, and build emotional intelligence.
